Return & Refund Policy – Dip Into Art, LLC

At Dip Into Art, LLC, each art kit is thoughtfully assembled and made to order to ensure the highest quality materials for your creative experience.

Because of the custom and perishable nature of our kits (including fresh paints), we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at events@dipintoart.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Eligible resolutions may include:

• Replacement of damaged or missing items

• Partial or full refund, depending on the situation

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, your kit may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used art kits

• Made-to-order kits

• Digital downloads

Shipping Information
Art kits are made fresh to order and typically ship within 2–3 business days. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
